All returned units must have a return authorization number Factory (RA #). This RA # can be obtained by filling in the form attached repair. Once completed you must send it to the email address: email@example.com. Exel Acoustics SL will send to the email account listed on the form, a document with code RA#, you must print and include in the package with the appliance. Similarly, the number of RA# must be clearly written on the outside of the packaging
