Technical support and after-sales assistance
Our technical support team is available to assist you with any issue related to Tecnare products.
To streamline diagnostics and the repair process, all service requests are managed through our online Technical Service Portal. This system allows us to register each request, track the progress of the case and ensure efficient communication throughout the service process.
1. Submit a request
Complete the form with product details and description of the issue.
2. Technical review
Our team reviews the information and may request additional details.
3. RMA allocation
You will receive an RMA number and shipping instructions.
4. Diagnosis & repair
We will diagnose, repair and notify you when the process is complete.
All units must be shipped carriage paid and packed appropriately to prevent damage during transit. Any unit received damaged due to inadequate packaging will be treated as out of warranty.
A copy of the original purchase invoice must be included for any warranty claim.
Any equipment returned without a valid RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box will be refused by our service department.
