PULSAR8

The Tecnare Pulsar8 is a high-performance, compact line array loudspeaker developed to deliver precise and scalable sound reinforcement in demanding professional environments. The system features a dual 8-in neodymium low-frequency configuration, combined with a high-efficiency coaxial MF-HF driver (3″+2″ vc), ensuring excellent output density, clarity and tonal balance throughout the audience area.

At the core of the Pulsar8 is a custom designed high-frequency horn, specifically developed for this model and seamlessly coupled to a dedicated waveguide. This assembly has been optimised to deliver controlled horizontal dispersion and tightly managed vertical directivity, ensuring accurate array coupling, consistent coverage and predictable performance when deployed in multi-element configurations.

The enclosure is constructed from high grade multiplex plywood, providing an optimal balance between rigidity, durability and acoustic performance. The cabinet is finished with a touring-grade polyurea coating and protected by a heavy-duty steel grille, internally backed with acoustically transparent 3D fabric, offering enhanced protection against dust and moisture while preserving sonic integrity.

Designed for bi-amplified operation with external amplification and system processing, Pulsar8 offers maximum flexibility for system engineers, making it an ideal solution for both touring and fixed installation applications.
