The Tecnare Pulsar15 is a compact, high output flyable subwoofer designed as the low-frequency companion for the Pulsar8 series line source systems. Engineered to be flown or ground-stacked, Pulsar15 can be deployed both as a standalone subwoofer array or fully integrated with Pulsar8 systems, ensuring coherent, scalable low-frequency performance in a wide range of professional applications.
The system is built around a high-excursion 15″ neodymium transducer with a 4-inch voice coil, integrated within a band-pass, horn loaded acoustic configuration. This design incorporates computer-optimised internal ports, carefully shaped to maximise acoustic efficiency while maintaining low distortion and high impact, even at elevated sound pressure levels. The result is a tight, controlled low-frequency response with excellent consistency when deployed in arrayed configurations.

The enclosure is constructed from high grade multiplex plywood, matching the mechanical and acoustic standards of the Pulsar series. A touring-grade polyurea coating provides long-term durability, while a heavy-duty steel grille, internally backed with acoustically transparent 3D fabric, ensures reliable protection without compromising airflow or performance. Designed for operation with external amplification and system processing, Pulsar15 offers maximum flexibility for system designers, making it suitable for both touring and permanent installations.
